The Battered Women's Foundation, founded in 1995, compliments the work of other organizations by providing long term assistance for women attempting to break the cycle of abuse and hopelessness. They provide victims of domestic violence with services ranging from permanent housing, education, childcare, transportation, job search skills, food, clothing, and medical care. http://www.bwf1.com

V-Day has raised over 50 million dollars worldwide. In 2009, V-Day and UNICEF have joined forces to put an end to rape and sexual torture against women and girls in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
A portion of our proceed go to the V-Day global fund.
